Operations Manager

Melissa is the Operations Manager at Lincoln Loop. A natural organizer, Melissa has been in all forms of operations and project management for almost two decades, working with small clients through to enterprise level businesses. She loves finding solutions to all kinds of problems, organizing things and then organizing the things of those things, all the while trying to learn about absolutely everything she can to constantly improve process and overall team and client happiness. She loves to be immersed in challenges, and relies on a hands-on approach to everything she does.

In her spare time, Melissa is a hockey goalie, but not a very good one. She loves to write, and spends the rest of her time obsessively learning about science and trying to teach it to her three young children. She’s also an avid lover of eating on patios.
